• Calls made and received while outside Turkey are charged  every 6 seconds for Muhabbet Kart lines. The table shows the minute prices.
• Charges for making/receiving calls apply to all directions.
• SMS you receive while abroad will not be charged.
• The prices include VAT and SCT.
• For the GPRS-based service uses abroad (SMS, MMS etc), GPRS service fee will include the domestic service fee. While abroad, unlike the uses in Turkey, you will be charged for KB you use to download the MMS you purchased. This is due to the applications of the foreign operators that provide services in foreign countries.

Turkcell enables you to make/receive calls in the highest number of countries, namely in 206 countries thanks to contracts with 624 operators. Coverage area outside Turkey can change depending on the local and geographical coverage of the relevant operator.

Please note the following regarding the invoicing of your calls you make while you are abroad:

• Your plan you use in Turkey and your package subscriptions will not be valid while you are abroad. You will be charged under World Plan when you are abroad.
• SMS you receive while abroad will not be charged.
